Continuum Travel Therapy
Privacy Statement
Effective 28 September 2026
The short version. This site collects what you type into its two forms — your name, phone, email, discipline, your message and an optional resume — and emails it to Continuum's travel recruiting team. That is the whole purpose.
There is no analytics, no advertising and no visitor tracking on this site, and it sets no cookies. We do not sell your information.
1. Who we are
Continuum Travel Therapy is the in-house travel program of Continuum Therapy Partner, LLC ("Continuum", "we", "us"). We are the therapy provider, not a staffing agency — which is also why your information stays with us rather than being passed to a client company.
This statement covers this recruiting website and the information you send us through it. Continuum publishes a company-wide privacy statement covering its other services; this page is the one that applies to this site.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
| Where | What | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Contact form ("Questions or ready to apply?") |
Full name, phone number, email address, discipline, your message, and optionally a resume file (PDF, DOC or DOCX, up to 10 MB) | To answer you, and to discuss travel assignments if that is what you are writing about |
| Quick Apply | Full name, phone number, email address, any notes you add, and the assignment you applied to — its title, job number and location | To process your interest in that specific assignment |
Both forms carry a hidden field and a short timing check that ignore automated submissions. Neither collects anything about you beyond what is listed above.
Please do not send patient information, clinical records, Social Security numbers or other sensitive identifiers through these forms. We do not need them at this stage and cannot accept them here.
Information collected automatically
Our web host records standard server logs for every request: your IP address, your browser's user-agent string, the page requested and the time. We use these for security and to keep the site available.
We do not run analytics or advertising on this site. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no remarketing tag and no profiling of visitors.
Information that never leaves your browser
The City, State or ZIP box on the jobs board is matched against a lookup table that is downloaded with the page. The distance calculation runs on your own device — what you type there is never sent to us or to anyone else.
3. Who else handles your information
These are every third party involved in running this site:
| Provider | Role | What they receive |
|---|---|---|
| FormSubmit | Delivers both forms to our inbox | Everything you enter in the form, including any attachment |
| Hostinger | Hosts this website | Server log data (IP address, browser, pages requested) |
| Google Fonts | Serves the typeface used on this site | Your IP address and browser, when the font loads |
| unpkg and jsDelivr | Serve the mapping library and the outline of the United States used by the jobs map | Your IP address and browser, when those files load |
| StaffingSoft | Continuum's applicant tracking system | Only what you enter after you follow an "Apply on the careers portal" link. That is a different website, under its own privacy policy. |
Beyond these, we disclose personal information only where the law requires it — a subpoena, court order or lawful request — or where a business is transferred, in which case your information may move with it.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Mobile phone numbers and any consent to be contacted by text are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. How long we keep it
- Enquiries and applications — up to 24 months after our last contact with you, so we can reach you about assignments that open up later. Ask us to delete them sooner and we will.
- Records we are required to retain for legal, tax or regulatory reasons — 7 years.
- Server logs — for as long as our host retains them, typically a matter of weeks.
- If you are hired, your information moves into Continuum's employment records and the company-wide privacy statement takes over.
5. Cookies and browser storage
This site sets no cookies. It stores two small items in your browser's local storage, both of them necessary for the site to function. They are listed individually in our Cookie Policy.
6. Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you, and where it came from;
- give you a copy in a portable, commonly used format;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete it;
- stop processing it, or object to a particular use.
Residents of California, Texas, Virginia, Kentucky and Indiana have these rights in statute, along with the right to know whether personal information is sold or disclosed, the right to opt out of sales and targeted advertising (we do neither), and the right to appeal if we turn a request down. Some of these states limit free portability requests to twice in a twelve-month period.
To make a request, email ryan@continuumtherapypartners.com, call 704-862-4755, or write to the address below. We will respond within the period the applicable law allows — usually 45 days — and we may need to verify your identity first. If we deny a request you may appeal by replying to our response, and you may also complain to your state Attorney General.
Exercising any of these rights costs nothing and will never affect how we treat your application.
7. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We honour Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Because this site does not track visitors across sites or run advertising, there is nothing to opt out of today — but if that ever changes, a DNT or GPC signal from your browser will be treated as an opt-out without your having to do anything else.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS and asks browsers to refuse an unencrypted connection. Uploads are checked for type and size before they are sent, the forms are rate-limited, and access to submissions is limited to the Continuum staff who need it. We review these measures periodically.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
This site advertises roles that require professional licensure. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Other websites
This site links to the Continuum Therapy Partners website and to Continuum's careers portal at StaffingSoft. Once you follow a link off this site, that site's own privacy policy applies. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of sites we do not operate.
11. Changes to this statement
We may update this statement as the site changes. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected here before the change takes effect on the site.
