What travelling with Continuum in North Carolina means

Every assignment listed here is at a facility where Continuum is the therapy provider, not a client we place you with. The person you speak to knows the building, the rehab director and the team you would be joining, and can tell you what the caseload actually looks like before you commit.

You travel as a W-2 Continuum employee: weekly pay, medical, dental and vision options, 401(k), and guaranteed hours. Assignments are typically 13 weeks, with 40 hours scheduled and 35 guaranteed unless a posting says otherwise.

You need an active North Carolina license for your discipline, or the ability to obtain one — we can talk through the timing, and license reimbursement may be approved for the assignment. More detail is in the travel therapy FAQ.
